No. You are renting a stay from somebody who already owns one. Nothing is being sold to you and there is no ownership involved.
No. You are a guest of the owner's reservation, not a sales prospect of the resort.
Timeshare weeks are fixed blocks of time. You are booking the block the owner holds, which is why stays start on set days and run a set length.
Yours. The owner arranges for the resort booking to be placed in the name of the guest who books.
No. Each resort sets an occupancy limit for the unit, and it is enforced at check-in.
The nightly rate multiplied by the number of nights, plus our service fee. Resort charges collected on site, if the resort has any, are separate.
